Shipping Policy

We deliver within the Arab Republic of Egypt only. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are provided as estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Standard delivery: same day or next day within order placed (Cairo and Giza).
Other governorates: 2-3 working days.
Shipping fees may vary based on order value and location.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In accordance with Egypt's Consumer Protection Law you have the right to return a product under the following conditions:

The product is defective, damaged, or not as described on the Website.
Return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
